We
are located on the main highway between the airport and
Acapulco Bay. We have a Panoramic view of all of Puerto Marques Bay and the
coast clear to the airport. The condo building is brand new and completed in
2007.
It has 5 floors with 2 condos on each floor. We own the bottom floor where
there are two condos
and they overlook the pool below.
There is also
a bar with seats into the
pool, sauna room, massage room, workout room with all the equipment and a
game room all for you to enjoy.
The
complex has 24 hour '7 days and
nights full security.
It has elevator to go down
to our floor.
We have 4 parking spaces available
for your use.
Our
two condos can be rented together or separately. They each have 4 beautiful
bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, a large kitchen fully equipped, dinning room, living room
and huge outside patio with all the furniture . The condos are fully equipped
and decorated through out .
Rates are low and are : $400 a night each condo during high season, $300 a night each for during off season. add $50 a
night if less than a 6 night rental.
Holidays such as Christmas , New Years,
Thanksgiving, Easter there is a one week minimum and price is $600 a night for each
condo.
There is no cook or maid service so you
do yourself or hire someone to come in. There are complete laundry equipment
that the two condos share.

Acapulco with news letter that list places to go, driver info, night life best
restaurants.

Payment:
To book your reservation
we require a credit card for a 50% deposit. Please send your
credit card number, expiration and security code and billing
address to our email address. Upon receipt of the 50%
non-refundable deposit, our office will send you written
confirmation and an email of your reservation.
The remaining balance
should be made preferably by cashiers check and received 2 weeks
prior to your arrival.
Cashier checks should be
made payable to Spady Rent a Car. and sent to the following

- If you do not pay by
cashiers check, the balance will be charged to your credit
card 2 days prior to your arrival.
- We accept Mastercard,
Visa, American Express and Discover.
Cancellation:
All deposits are
non-refundable. Cancellations made more than 30 days before your
reservation date will result in a credit to be used at a later
date (with no time limit) for a future rental rescheduled at the
convenience of both parties according to availability.
If you cancel your
reservation with less than 30 days of notice, you will not
receive a credit to schedule your stay and all payments are
forfeited.
